This recipe has been an instant hit in our home. This recipe is so easy it is a no-brainer! I love it, because in the morning before work, I can throw all the ingredients together in the crockpot and by the time I come home from work, there is a turkey dinner waiting for me, ready to devour!
The ingredients are few, but so flavorful – the gravy is tangy and so delicious I could drink it out of a cup. No joke. So what do you get when you have a super easy recipe that tastes like you’ve been in the kitchen all day cooking? An instant hit.
I found this recipe at WinnerDinners.com, which is a great website to go to for inspiration. The only change I made was substituting my own soup mix in for the lipton’s soup mix. Thank you Laura, for this wonderful recipe!
Crockpot Turkey Breast
Here’s what you’ll need:
3 cups of orange juice
1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup of Homemade Lipton’s Onion Soup Mix (click link for the recipe)
1 whole turkey breast (thawed and rinsed clean)
1. In a large bowl, mix orange juice, cranberry sauce, and onion soup mix together.
2. Place turkey breast in crockpot and pour sauce mix over and around it. Put on the lid and set to low for 7-8 hours.
3. Done! If you want thicker gravy, take the lid off the crockpot the last 1/2 hour or so and it will thicken up. Enjoy!
